Privacy Notice

Effective 19 July 2026. This notice explains how JAROSZEWSKI GEO ("we", "us", "our") handles personal data when you use STRATObubbles (the "Service") at stratobubbles.com.

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by JAROSZEWSKI GEO, trading as STRATObubbles. We act as the data controller for personal data processed through the Service. You can contact us at privacy@stratobubbles.com.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Account data — name, email address, hashed password, profile settings.
  • Workspace content — charts, projects, templates, team names, invitations, and any data you upload.
  • Support communications — messages you send us and their metadata.
  • Usage & telemetry — pages visited, features used, error logs, timestamps.
  • Device data — browser, operating system, language, approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Cookies & similar technologies — see the Cookies section below.

Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle. Paddle collects billing details (name, address, tax ID, payment instrument) directly; we receive only the information required to fulfil your order and manage your subscription.

3. How and why we use personal data

  • Provide the Service (contract): create your account, host your charts, deliver features.
  • Billing & subscription management (contract / legal obligation): via Paddle as Merchant of Record.
  • Security, fraud & abuse prevention (legitimate interests / legal obligation).
  • Product improvement & analytics (legitimate interests): aggregated usage insights.
  • Customer support (contract / legitimate interests).
  • Service and transactional emails (contract): sign-in links, invoices, account notices.
  • Marketing emails (consent): only where you have opted in; you can withdraw at any time.
  • Legal compliance (legal obligation): tax, accounting, and responding to lawful requests.

4. Who we share personal data with

  • Merchant of Record — Paddle.com Market Ltd., for payments, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds.
  • Infrastructure & subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, error monitoring, analytics providers we engage to run the Service.
  • Professional advisers — accountants, auditors, and lawyers where necessary.
  • Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
  • Successors — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this notice.

We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Personal data may be processed outside your country, including outside the EEA / UK. Where that is the case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (including tax and accounting rules), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account and workspace data are deleted or anonymised on request or a reasonable time after account closure.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any right, email privacy@stratobubbles.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (one month under GDPR).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege permissions, and regular reviews — to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to sign you in and keep the Service working, and limited analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies will break sign-in.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email. The "Effective" date at the top shows when the current version took effect.
