Effective 19 July 2026. These terms form a binding agreement between you and JAROSZEWSKI GEO for use of STRATObubbles.
The Service is operated by JAROSZEWSKI GEO, trading as STRATObubbles ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use STRATObubbles (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
STRATObubbles is a web-based tool for building, sharing, and managing GEO strategy charts, projects, templates, and team workspaces. Features available to you depend on the plan you subscribe to.

You retain ownership of the charts, data, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to upload Your Content.
The Service, its software, documentation, branding, and default templates are and remain our property or that of our licensors. Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Termsand Paddle's Refund Policy, together with our own Refund Policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically for successive terms (monthly or yearly, as selected) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. The All In — Lifetime licence is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
We may suspend or terminate access without notice for:
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may export Your Content for a reasonable window before deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid for the Service in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Your Content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may change the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts at that place have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or outages of upstream infrastructure.
