We want you to be confident in your purchase. If STRATObubbles is not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date — no forms to fill in, no questions to justify.
The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases of the Pro plan, the Team plan, and the All In — Lifetime licence. Renewals of an existing subscription are covered by Paddle's standard Refund Policy.
Our reseller Paddle handles billing and refunds as the Merchant of Record. To request a refund you can:
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after Paddle processes the refund.
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal inside your STRATObubbles account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation on its own is not a refund — if you want a refund as well, request one using the steps above.
Please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve issues directly and much faster.
